Krista Watterworth Alterman, ASID, IIDA, IDS

Creative Director

Krista is Connecticut born, New York trained and recently adopted by Palm Beach County. Her modern, clean and surprisingly classic aesthetic has earned her a reputation as Palm Beach County’s go-to interior designer. She also curates her own lifestyle blog Design Palm Beach.

Krista received her Master of Fine Arts from the prestigious New School in Manhattan, and furthered her studies at Parsons School of Interior Design, one of the top design schools in the country.  New York Daily News writer and friend Jason Sheftell, called Krista “a designer who gives a room soul.”

A television personality, Krista is known for her highly acclaimed HGTV shows Save My Bath and Splurge & Save. She's also been featured on The Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible and DIY's The Vanilla Ice Project for seven seasons.

Just in the past few months Krista's work was featured in Architectural Digest; she had a fourteen page spread in Luxe Design + Interiors, and additional press in Palm Beach Illustrated, Jupiter Magazine, and Kitchen & Bath Business.

After living in Manhattan for ten years, Krista, her husband Eric (a serial entrepreneur and technologist) and their two children (Griffon and Skylar) escaped the madness for paradise. Krista is a serious food lover, secret chocoholic, and avid Poker player.

Pam Hassler

Interior Design Director

Pam has been involved in residential design in South Florida for over 18 years. Her experience began at sixteen in a hometown furniture store in Strongsville, Ohio. By the time she was eighteen, she was designing and furnishing her clients’ homes. After earning her degree in business administration, Pam moved to Manhattan where she worked as a wholesale trade representative.

Pam’s invaluable experience in the design industry is an asset to the Studio. She lives in Jupiter, Florida with her husband Ken, their three daughters (Sophie, Olivia, and Ella) and their dog Rocco. Pam's secret obsession is watching tennis and riding roller coasters. She loves baking with her five sisters and talented mom (a local celebrity baker in Ohio).
