How did you etch the high ball glasses on Splurge & Save?

Great question Bryon! In the Deco Basement I designed on Splurge & Save, I monogrammed some high ball glasses for the bar area. I bought a Armour Glass Etching Kit but any kit will do. Thanks for your question Erica! The photo was uploaded to Photoshop and altered to look like a painting using the artistic filter “dry brush” there is also iSite Photo Booth for MAC users and I hear Tiffen Dfx Essentials is cool. Nowadays digital cameras come with software that allows you to put many different effects on your photos. Joanne was a producer on...

Thank you Bob Minhas! I think what Bob is trying to say is how do I keep from stubbing my toe every time I walk by my big honkin’ home theater equipment? My general rule with electronics is hide it, hide it, hide it! There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about naked sub woofers. I designed a small TV room recently and I put in some compact custom cabinetry. You can buy similar stuff at IKEA and make it look custom. We were going to insert white fire rated fabric normally used for...
