Place Settings You Will Love

So we’ve done a little traveling this summer, as a family. It’s a dizzying whirlwind of water slides, animated movies, meeting princesses, Jedi academy, chicken nuggets and french fries. My husband and I love our babies, and kid oriented vacations are essential. But finding balance (and vodka) are key to our survival. Wherever we go, I am on a mission to locate delicious food. Then mommy and daddy have their few minutes of joy. Until the next roller coaster ride or plane vomit. Yay!

I went to a very special private wine dinner with Howard Freedland of Bulletproof Wines and had a delicious meal with some awesome wine pairings. One of my favorites was a delicious starter that was wonderfuly with the Seven Hills wines he provided. Here is a similar recipe:
